How to Brew
Gongfu Style
– Tea-to-water: 1g : 50ml
– Water temp: 80°C (176°F)
– Steeping time: 15s / 15s / 20s / 25s
Teapot Brewing
– Tea-to-water: 1g : 100ml
– 80°C water, steep for 2 minutes
– Refill 1–2 times
Cold Brew
– 3g tea + 500ml water
– Chill in fridge for 6+ hours or soak at room temperature for 1–2 hours
