First time eating garlic moss! Check out the reviews and buy it to try. A very fresh handful. Fry twice. It was the first time to fry dried bean curd. It was delicious, but I felt that something was missing. The second fried sausage slices... very delicious! Highly recommend and sausage/sausage stir fry, it's really good!
