Ingredients: Pork Hocks boiled in a mixture of water, vinegar, salt, carrot, celery, onion & black pepper
How to Cook
In Airfryer:
1) Thaw in the refrigerator overnight
2) Preheat the airfryer to 375°F
3) Place in the airfryer for 25 minutes then increase the heat to 450°F for another 5 minutes to make it extra crispy
Deep Fry:
1) Thaw in the refrigerator overnight
2) Deep fry at 320-325°F for 10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown
3) Must reach 165°F internal temperature
