Gold Medal Marinated Pork Belly Tocino Style Frozen 12 oz

This one is tender and nicely flavored. Best with garlic rice, fried eggs, and side of tomato/onion/cucumber.

It was my first time cooking pork belly. It was well marinated.

The gold medal brand tocino I did not like it at all. Not much flavor to the meat itself. Even if u boiled it the meat still became too stringy like a jerkey. So i won’t be buying this brand anymore
