I purchased two Golden Pompanos. It arrived frozen. Gutted and. Leaned. Fresh, no fishy smell. If fish smells fishy, then it’s stale fish; if it has no smell and smells like the sea, it’s fresh. This was fresh. I used it to make a special Christmas holiday dish call pepper pot; this dish is usually made with meat, but I’m a pescatarian, so I used this fish. It’s a firm fish m, suitable for this dish. It made a very delicious fish pepper pot. I have no pictures to show. It went so quickly, I didn’t remember to take a pic of the dish.👍👍👍👍👍👍
