Too much flour, taste okay.

Lots of flour, little fish, low cost performance

Personally i think this is really good! I was making spring rolls for dinner, and the oil temperature (around 160c / 335f) was just right for the fish. So I took them out of the freezer and put them directly into the oil. became golden and crispy outside, super tender and juicy inside in less than 2 minutes. Also tried air fryer at 390f for 6 minutes, good but not as perfect as reheating in the oil fryer. Already re-ordered two boxes as I love them. The taste is very positive. I just fried spring rolls tonight, and I put the fish back into the pot after cooking. The oil temperature is about 160 degrees Celsius. The frozen fried fish is lightly broken by hand and put directly into the pan. It will be golden and crisp in less than 2 minutes, fragrant on the outside and tender on the inside. I also tried the air fryer for comparison. After 6 minutes at 390 degrees Fahrenheit, the effect is also good, but it is definitely not as good as re-frying in the oil pan. It is basically comparable to the store. It is perfect with porridge and spring rolls 😁 I have repurchased two boxes , take it out when there is no time to cook
