The first time I bought it, the color of the dark soy sauce is very dark, and the taste is also good.

This sauce is amazing! I don’t taste mushrooms directly but it just enhances the flavor period. A softer flavor?! I’m not sure how to describe the flavor but I will absolutely buy again. I don’t think I will even buy regular soy sauce again.
