I was looking for wide sweet potato noodles for hot pot. Will have to give these a try.

I like to try new products, especially noodle-related ones. Saw these available, and took a chance by buying 5. They were exactly what I've been looking for for the longest time-a sweet potato noodle that softens easily (unlike the Korean dangmyeon ones, which never soften enough to my liking) and becomes completely clear. I tried these in a home hot pot recently, and they cooked very quickly, and soaked up the broth. They could also be used to make suanlafen from scratch, because the consistency is very similar to the Shizuren ones that are my #1 suanlafen. Will definitely need to repurchase!
