Very good! Not much sand.

It’s finally available for purchase! I only eat a little bit of it every time I go to a restaurant. This time I bought it to make braised pork with pickled vegetables and it was so delicious!

I intended to use this to make preserved mustard greens and pork patties, but it didn't soften even after soaking for a whole day. It was the first time I'd ever had preserved mustard greens that were so tough to chew, and the price was several times the normal amount. Speechless, I can only give it a bad review.
