I buy multiples off these at a time. This one in particular is great to dump out and transform into a spicier side dish. This also pairs so well with the frozen kimbap to make a complete meal.

First time trying this kind of cut on radish. I prefer the cubed ones because of the crunch but this is yummy too :)

It is delicious to eat as is, but I made a side dish by lightly rinsing it in water and seasoning it.
