Heisei Flying Fish Dashi Stock (50 bags, 400g) is a Japanese-style dashi made with flying fish (Ago), a specialty of the San'in region, as well as dried bonito flakes and dried bonito flakes, both of which are purveyors to traditional Japanese restaurants, rich-tasting dried mackerel flakes, Rishiri kelp, which produces a clear dashi, and fragrant Koshin shiitake mushrooms, all blended in our own unique ratios. Individually packaged in 8g tea bags, these convenient dashi allow you to enjoy a professional-quality taste at home. It is also seasoned as a marinade and is suitable for a wide range of dishes, from simmered dishes to clear soups and hot pots. Ingredients include salt, sugar, powdered soy sauce, edible vegetable oil, seasonings (amino acids, etc.), and some wheat, mackerel, and soybeans. Store in a cool, dark place away from heat and humidity. The expiration date is approximately one and a half years from the date of manufacture.
