a must-have for sauces & marinades. this is more acidic than most rice wine vinegar at 9%(like the name, but I didn't notice that lol) vs 5% nice & tangy!

I LOVE this rice vinegar! It's great for pickling fruit, melon rinds, and adding "tang", to soups! Yummm... Another of my "must haves".

Wrapped up nicely. Can't wait to try it out, it smells really good.

I like it! It's sour enough and great for making sweet and sour sauce.
