1 Using a tea bowl

Put about 1 g (about one lightly heaped teaspoon) into a tea bowl, pour in hot water (approx. 100 ml, adjust to your taste), and stir well with a tea whisk or spoon before drinking.

2 Using a teapot

Put about 1 g (about one lightly heaped teaspoon) into a teapot, pour in hot water (approx. 100 ml, adjust to your taste). Swirl the teapot for about 20 seconds, then pour into a tea bowl to serve.

3 For sweets or cooking

Can be easily used in making sweets, cooking, and other dishes.
