Hong Chang Long Japan Cooked Oyster (L) 8 oz

I bought this cooked oyster few times. They are good quality and good size too. We use for almost every soup and congee.

One pack is about the size of a palm. When cooking, you need to cook it longer or soak it in water for a longer time, otherwise it will still be hard in the middle.

It is said to be a large size 𧐢 soy sauce, but it is actually not big at all. I will not buy it again unless the price is reduced.
