In 2005, she unintentionally opened a cookie shop in Stanley, Hong Kong, and named it after herself, 'Jenny Bakery' in English and '珍妮曲奇' (Jenny's Cookies) in Chinese. Jenny loves collecting teddy bears, so the jars feature a bear pattern, hence the nickname 'Smart Little Bear Cookies.' At the beginning of the store opening, every Wednesday, Jenny personally delivered orders. Smart Little Bear Cookies had zero advertising, relying solely on word of mouth.
