Hong Kong-style Sticky Rice with pork

Steamed stove top, like making gyoza, a little oil and some water then cover over medium low heat for about 10 minutes. These sticky rice smelled good, tasted ok, not much filling and size was smaller than expected. May be buying more in the future.

So sad! the first time I ordered these, I was very impressed. they were plump and filled with stuffing. however, the second time they arrived like a shriveled up, sad version of the original...hardly any stuffing and the rice had an odd, uncooked texture...not sure if I want to risk repurchasing.

Shrimp not listed as an ingredient, so I bought for my husband who has a shellfish allergy. Clearly these have shrimp in them, whole pieces. Stating that the facility also cooks shellfish and may have cross contamination is not the same as failing to list shrimp as an ingredient when it’s clearly an ingredient.

Delicious! Steamed perfectly in the microwave with the top on.
