Made stir fry long beans with dried shrimp and chilies. The dried shrimp added so much flavor to the dish.

First time, salty but ok

Super flavorful and fragrant—excellent in soups, congee, and stir-fries. A bit pricey for the amount, but the quality and strong natural shrimp taste are worth it.

Looks okay! But I thought this shrimp would look more pink in colors. I seen it in Chinese grocery stores and they are very pinkish than what I got from Weee today. Even the picture from Weee the shrimps are pink. Now I’m not sure if this is even fresh!!
