[Features]

- Compared to other udon noodles, our noodles are thicker and have a chewier texture. 

- As they are pre-cooked and frozen, they only need to be boiled for about 1 minute in boiling water to be ready.

- To participate in low-carbon initiatives, we use plant-based broth.

- Our crispy coating ensures a clean and savory broth taste.

 

[Recipe]

1. In a large pot, add 500ml of water and the broth and bring to a boil.

2. Once the broth is boiling, add the frozen noodles and boil for 1 minute 20 seconds to 1 minute 40 seconds.

3. Turn off the heat and sprinkle with the included red pepper powder and udon tempura flakes according to your preference.

4. Enjoy your meal!
