Hsu’s does not vacuum-seal our bird’s nest products; as a result the product color may yellow or darken when exposed to air.  Color change may also occur when product is exposed to sunlight both changes are a natural phenomenon as Hsu’s bird’s nest products are not bleached or chemically processed.

For Best Quality: Upon receiving product remove from original packaging, place bird’s nest in airtight food safe storage container and store in freezer.
