The broth is carefully refined to bring out the full richness and umami of pork bones, resulting in a silky, aromatic, and deeply flavorful soup. Paired with thin noodles in the traditional Hakata style, it offers a perfect harmony of texture and taste.

Ingredients

Noodles: Wheat flour (Made in Japan), fermented seasoning, wheat gluten, starch syrup, dried egg white (contains egg), salt

Soup Base: Pork bone broth (simmered with pork bones, onions, garlic), sugar, gelatin, hydrolyzed protein (Made in Japan), pork fat, pork extract powder, pork & chicken bone broth (with onions, carrots, garlic), gelatin, yeast extract (contains chicken), salt, Japanese brown sugar

Flavor Concentrate: Soy sauce (contains soy and wheat) (Made in Japan), salt, fermented seasoning, mirin, kombu tea extract, minced garlic, yeast extract, grated ginger, pepper

Red Pickled Ginger: Ginger (Thailand), pickling seasoning (salt, brewed vinegar)

Pepper: Pepper powder (Made in Japan), garlic powder (contains soy)

Additives

Seasoning (amino acids, etc.), sodium lactate, processed starch (for dusting), alkaline water, alcohol, thickeners (guar gum, xanthan gum), colorings (caramel, plant-based pigments), acidifiers, sweetener (stevia)

Cooking Instructions

Bring 400 ml of water to a boil in a pot.

Add the noodles and boil for 15–20 seconds. Turn off the heat and add the soup base and flavor concentrate. Stir thoroughly.

Pour into a bowl. Top with red pickled ginger and pepper. Adjust toppings to taste.
