This blended dashi is made primarily from domestic round sardines, with bonito flakes from Kagoshima Prefecture, moromi (unrefined mash), and kelp from Hokkaido. Iguchi Foods' "Hakata Najimaya Ichiban Dashi 30 packets (6g x 30 packs)" is a rich blended dashi made primarily from domestic round sardines, with bonito flakes from Makurazaki, Kagoshima Prefecture, matured moromi (unrefined mash) from Kumamoto Prefecture, and Rausu kelp from Hokkaido. It contains no preservatives, chemical seasonings, or other additives, and values __the natural flavor of the ingredients, fully preserving the original umami of the ingredients. The unbleached paper tea bags are made from 100% pulp, a highly safe material that can withstand prolonged simmering, allowing the dashi flavor to infuse thoroughly into the ingredients. The matured mash, also known as "soy sauce fruit," contains more than 20 natural amino acids, further enhancing the umami flavor of the dashi. Simply add one bag to 200-300cc of water and simmer over medium heat for 5-7 minutes to easily create authentic Japanese dashi. It can be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
