It's way bigger than I expected. It's a thin patch. Not sure if it's helping but it gave me a burning sensation

It's completely ineffective and doesn't even smell like mugwort... It doesn't even give you a warm feeling at all, it's a waste of money... I'll never buy it

It's a bit expensive, not as good as a hot pack which has strong heating power. It's slightly hot but not very sweaty, what a waste of money.
