It is a clean, silky, authentic tonkotsu ramen without any odor. Shiromaru is soup only. Akamaru is soup with spicy miso and fragrant oil added. Ippudo's "Ippudo Tonkotsu Ramen 4 servings" is a set of dried noodles with a long shelf life, allowing you to easily enjoy authentic Hakata tonkotsu ramen at home. The contents include thin straight dried noodles (75g x 4 servings), silky, refreshing tonkotsu soup with little odor that makes the most of the umami of the pork bones (41g x 4), and seasonings for Akamaru with spicy miso and fragrant oil (spicy miso x 2 5g, fragrant oil x 2), so you can enjoy two flavors, Shiromaru (soup only) and Akamaru (with spicy miso and fragrant oil). The soup is made from pork bones with onions and garlic, and is mellowed out with lard and processed soy milk, resulting in a clear flavor with reduced odor. The noodles are made from domestically produced wheat flour and are characterized by their chewy, thin noodles. The spicy miso is based on chili bean paste and chili peppers, giving it a deep spiciness, and the aromatic oils add a rich flavor.
