Do you like korean stir fried seaweed stem? it's usually in a bag with heavy salt to keep it from spoiling. you bring it home and have to dunk it in water to get the salt taste out by changing the water 3-4 times for 3-8hrs. or by boiling it in water first.
I've never seen this dried version. I trust this brand so I ordered it. I'm glad I did. The bag states this has enough to feed 4 servings at least 4times. so price is great. I soaked it in filtered water over night. I tasted one and it was not tough but just the right texture. I drained the water. stir fried it with oil,garlic, fish sauce and soy sauce to taste.
