The main ingredients of this Kombu Dashi are sweet Makombu kelp grown in southern Hokkaido and Rishiri kombu harvested from Rishiri and Rebun Islands, known for its elegant aroma and clear, refined umami.
Kombu powder is blended with finely cut kombu to enhance both flavor and aroma.
In addition, richly flavored dried shiitake mushrooms and a small amount of sea salt are added to further highlight the natural umami of the kombu.
