They are thin so they cook fast & taste great. Wish there were more in the package for the price.

it's thawed a little but in good condition.

its very thinly cut. clean and good quality. sautéed 5s each side or else it gets rubbery.

We enjoyed this beef tongue first time the other day and all loved it! It would be perfect if it is a bit thicker than this but okey the taste is nice:) Will purchase it again.
