I like that I can defrost it and cook it right away.

It's bigger than you think and it's easy to cook because it's pre-cooked.

I bought it with high expectations to make gamjatang, but I was very disappointed when they omitted the perilla seed powder that I bought with it without a word. If they hadn't found that, it would have been like getting ripped off, so it would have been even more frustrating!

I made pickled vegetables, but they are very tough. I think I need to peel them separately.

The shiitake mushrooms are crisp and fresh. It's better than I expected. I'm planning to make soybean paste stew, pancakes, and braised fish with the shiitake mushrooms. I bought two packs and put them in the freezer, so they're filling. 😃
