Brand Story: Jenny, a Chinese-American, founded the "Jenny Bakery" bear cookies in Hong Kong. Jenny's cookie making was just a hobby. In 2005, she stumbled upon a cookie shop in Stanley, Hong Kong. The shop was named after her: "Jenny Bakery" in English, and "Jenny Cookies" in Chinese. Jenny loved collecting teddy bears, so she created a jar featuring bear designs, nicknamed "Smart Bear Cookies." In the early days, Jenny personally delivered the cookies every Wednesday. With minimal publicity, Smart Bear Cookies thrived through word of mouth. Ten years later, they remain a classic, a hard-to-get-one, and often feature long lines, a Hong Kong wonder. Storage:
