Jeollanam-do Dolsan Leaf Mustard Kimchi, Frozen 500 g

Pretty good. If you inhale in the wrong way, it can easily give you that wasabi feel. I’d recommend cutting it into small pieces as it is connected and really hard to chew off (I tried it, just trust me). Not really spicy but I also have a high tolerance. Yummy!

I was worried the mustard leaf kimchi might lose its texture or flavor since it was delivered frozen, but it’s very fresh and delicious.

Really excited to try this kimchi! It’s a specialty you don’t easily find
