Decent portion to freeze & use at a time. If you can’t find booguh dried pollack, hwangtae dried pollack works fine. Perfect for soups/stock or for stir fry etc.

Dried shredded pollock is useful for many dishes, such as pollock soup, seaweed soup, seasoned with gochujang, etc. I really enjoyed the pollock rice-cake soup.
