I’ve been looking for this here in the Filipino store but they never have it in store and I’m so glad that Wee have it here! I use this to make my ube jam or we call it “ube Halaya” in the Philippines! Turned out Perfect, color achieved!

Love the different flavors they had, this ube one is one of my FAVORITE. It's less expensive here, so that's very convenient.

Tasty! Good for making deserts, mixing into boba, etc. Stronger flavor with a hint of coconut (from the coconut oil in it), it's thick so it seems like a lot in the can. I was intrigued by the name (haha), it's like a Jersey cow. The can is really hard to open for some reason, though, possibly due to it being different than the American can shape on top for my can opener.
