First time buying. Not sure about the taste.

I'm looking forward to it. I really like the things from my hometown.

I couldn't wait to open it when I received it, but when I took it out, I found that many of the fermented tofu had blackened on one side, which was obviously darker than other parts. I didn't dare to eat it. What a waste of money! I don't know if there were some black hairs when it was made, and the factory continued to use it to save costs, because some of the noodles looked normal white, but some were obviously gray and black.

This fermented bean curd is the best I've ever had in the United States. It's absolutely amazing. The fermented taste is unique and the texture is very dense. The taste is also simple and not too spicy. I ate two large pieces of it with rice in one go.

A small bottle, a bit expensive, I hope it tastes good
