The Breakfast Rice Cereal is used as a medicinal meal to promote a healthy stomach. Scientifically formulated through 12 processes such as powdering, extraction, homogenization, and formation. 

Ingredients: sugar, oatmeal, japonica rice, black sesame, Poria cocos, white lentils, job's tears (Chinese pearl barley), lotus seeds, Chinese yam, ginseng (cultivated), licorice, orange peel, balloon flower, cardamom seeds

Directions: Add in boiling water (over 86°C or 185°F) and stir clockwise for 1-2 minutes until a mushy texture forms, similar to oatmeal.

Precautions: No suitable for children under the age of 14, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Enjoy no more than six packs a day. 

Storage Conditions: Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
