It’s soft and fluffy just like I remember from my childhood. The flavor is delicate and not too sweet. It’s delicious with a cup of soy milk. Keeps well in refrigerator, just heat for 10 seconds or so to rejuvenate!

This sponge cake was delightfully soft and springy. So fluffy, so tasty. Love the texture and the subtle sweetness. I only wish it was bigger!

I don't know what I was expected but I'm not sure I liked the looks only thing I can hope for is taste.
