THE BEST (non-expensive) SOY SAUCE EVER! There's a reason I keep coming back to Weeee! for this soy sauce. 1. It's HALF the price of even the cheapest retailer who has it 2. The flavor is far more superior than regular Kikkoman soy sauce I realize this isn't the creme de la creme of soy sauces (the #1 soy sauce has to be Yamaroku Shoyu. The price has DOUBLED in the last year & I'm sure that's due to c0vid & the fact it's such a laborious process) BUT when you don't want to spend $40+ on soy sauce, this is the one you want. The difference between this soy sauce & regular Kikkoman (which Kikkoman is widely-accepted as the best mass-produced soy sauces in the world) is that it has a sweetness & mellowness to it. Most people reach for soy sauce for a savory, salty PUNCH to their foods, but this one is far less of a punch to the palette. It's smoother & while not outwardly sweet, it has *a sweetness.* If you eat it by itself (like say with sashimi) you will absolutely notice the difference and love it. I just translated the bottle and it literally says "mellowness" and "sweetness" 😆 Told ya! The bottle lasts me a good while, but I only make East Asian foods about once or twice a week :( (Off subject but if you don't know: Don't EVER buy "La Choy" soy sauce. It's not even real soy sauce & it tastes like the combination of burnt coffee and salt. That is all!)

First time purchasing this type of bottle of soy sauce. It had smaller hole and thinner material of the bottle that you be able to push and squeeze sauce out. I love it!
