With 1/3 of a daikon radish and 250g of thinly sliced pork belly (or pork chops), you can easily make this deliciously spicy braised pork and radish dish in a single frying pan. Made with three types of soy sauce (gochujang, chili bean paste, and yellow soy sauce) and beef stock, it has a mild spiciness. Garlic and sesame seeds are also included. This generous portion serves 3-4 people.
