This is so convenient to use. The meat is fresh.

By the time it gets delivered, the meats are half defrosted and the roll is no longer there. They get squished and stick to each other, it’s harder to take pieces off. But they are still useful for many dishes.

they weren't completely all curled but that's OK the cute were a little thicker than other hotpot meat so they were extra chewy. wish they were maybe a little thinner but otherwise good
