* When heating oil, always stay by the gas and take precautions.
* Always use after turning off the gas/fire.

DIRECTIONS
1. After cooking, turn off heat and add "Waste Oil Hardener" while the oil is hot. (approx. above 80℃)
2. Stir until "Waste Oil Hardener" completely dissolves.
3. After dissolved completely, let it sit until firm like jello.
4. Peel off the firm oil using a spatula, and discard as a burnable garbage.
①調理後、火を止めて油が熱いうちに(約80℃以上)、固めてポンを入れます。
After cooking, turn off the heat and while the oil is hot (about 80°C or more), let it harden and add the oild hardener.
②固めてポンが完全に溶けるまでよくかき混ぜます。
Stir well until firm and pon is completely dissolved.
③完全に溶けたら、そのまま油をさまし、ゼリー状に固まるまで置きます。
Once completely melted, let the oil cool and set until it hardens to a jelly-like consistency.
④固まった油はフライがえしなどではがして、燃えるゴミとして捨てます。
Remove the hardened oil with a frying razor and dispose of it as burnable garbage.
