Careful Ingredients
This vegetable broth is made with a balanced blend of dried cabbage, garlic, carrots, and onions, resulting in a gentle-tasting broth that complements any dish. We use two types of onions: roasted onion and whole onion, which create a sweet and rich flavor. Simply boil the packet in water for 3-4 minutes to easily make authentic broth. Simply tear open the packet, pour the contents into a cup, and pour in hot water for a hearty vegetable soup. Alternatively, you can mix it with ground meat to make meatballs or hamburgers, or use it as a seasoning for pilaf or stir-fried vegetables, expanding the variety of dishes you can make.
Basic Dashi Making Instructions
(1) Add one packet to 400ml (2 cups) of water and bring to a boil.
(2) Once boiling, simmer over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, then remove the dashi pack.
*Adjust the amount of water and simmering time to suit your cooking preferences.

*A desiccant is included to maintain quality.

*The contents of the dashi pack may solidify, but this does not affect the quality.
*After opening, close the zipper tightly, store in the refrigerator, and use as soon as possible.
