
Kuze Fuku Shoten's nametake mushrooms. Made with enoki mushrooms from Nagano Prefecture, soy sauce made with Japanese ingredients, and seaweed salt. A spicy, adult flavor that brings out the flavor of the enoki mushrooms.
In addition to these carefully selected ingredients, we've added the fragrant shichimi pepper from Yawataya Isogoro (chili pepper, dried tangerine peel, sesame seeds, hemp seeds, shiso, Japanese pepper, and ginger). We've paid particular attention to creating a blend that brings out the intensity of the spiciness and the aroma of the shichimi pepper.
