  • Instructions: Ingredients (approximately 12cm in diameter, 4 pieces): - Rice Flour Hot Cake Mix 1 pack (20g) - Milk: 170ml - Egg (medium size): 1 piece Instructions: 1. Crack the egg into a bowl, add milk, and mix well with a whisk. 2. Add the hot cake mix to the mixture from step 1 (remove excess air), stir until thickened, about 1 minute. 3. Heat a flat pan, lightly grease with oil (wipe off excess oil), and cool slightly on a damp cloth. If using a hot plate, set the temperature to 150°C. 4.
