"Breading" is flaky. It's good but dry. Added siracha mayo and onions. It's tasty and chuck full of meat. To reheat I used the bake setting on the air fryer @ 290 and not more than 10 minutes. Maybe even 5.

We really like this Chinese burger. They were packaged nicely, no leaks, each burger was wrapped in deli paper. We heat them over stove top, low fire and flipped them every few minutes. The buns were flaky and crispy. the meat was seasoned just right.
