Lee's Noodle Fresh Rice Noodle 2 lb

Package came in well-packaged with dry ice. Great for doing stir fried noodles.

Does not feel or look fresh. Rigid. Might be because it was packed right next to a freezer pack. The noodles broke apart when I opened the package to cook. Instructions say refrigerate after opening but it’s already rock hard. Disappointed because I wanted to make noodle soup tonight but it is all in pieces and makes it hard to eat. Wish it was soft and fresh.

I made Thai Drunken Noodles dishes. So delicious.

Microwaved for two minutes before stir frying

Very tasty

Follow the cooking instructions, but the noodle all broke into small pieces.
