The noodles were perfect for pad kee mao! Just separated with my fingers before stir frying- held shape well and didn’t fall apart. Very fresh flavor!

Very oily outer packaging. Not sure if it’s leaking or something else leaked onto it? But it’s been kept cold.

Bought this before and it’s satisfying. Cook with beef stock to get a warm noodle soup.

my favorite kind of noodle. I think this noodle tastes and cooks closest to the restaurant quality.
