Liu Quan Snail Rice Noodles Vermicelli Instruction:

Liu Quan Snail Rice Noodles Vermicelli are very delicious and deeply loved by many people. Sizzling, sour, and spicy. Originally from Liuzhou, this traditional Chinese soup does not actually have snail meat in it. But the pickled vegetables, peanuts, and chili oil heaped on top of the noodles in bright broth is the stuff of foodie fantasies. It might be an acquired smell that quickly turns to addiction.
