this is a huge disappointment! can not cooked through, the “noodle” stick altogether! my whole dinner was distroyed

They’re very thin, like vermicilli noodles-like that you use in spring rolls, Bun Rieu :) and salads. For pho it’s good too when you wanna go light on carbs, but don’t expect the usual texture.

This is not Pho noodle. It is more like Vermicelli. 1 bag can probably make 3-4 small bowls.
