Ladies, do not buy the mask from this store. I’m 100% sure they are not authentic. I have been using Sk-ll mask for a so many years. I know how good Sk-ll mask does to skin after used but this one doesn’t do anything . I’m trying to return but the store is trying to refuse it. I may have to call my credit card to report this transaction.

The mask is fake. Anyone who has used the genuine product knows that this is too fake! I contacted the seller for a refund but they refused to refund me at first. In the end, they said I should pay for the shipping fee to send it back and they would refund me after I received it. Excuse me? You guys are selling fake products and wasting my time and money. Why do you want me to pay for shipping to send it back to you? I am going to complain to the seller on Weee and then report it to CFBP and BBB.

I use this product frequently. I suspect it's a fake. There's no "seal watermark" on the mask bag that should be on the genuine product. As a veteran user of Weee for so many years, I'm really disappointed!! I can't describe it in words...
