Definitely not what I expected. I love these roe balls at hot pot and was hoping to use them for my stew. These are not frozen or refrigerated. They’re individually wrapped and meant as a snack. I did put them in my kimchi stew..it was okay.

It’s really expensive but less item inside the bag. The taste and shape of ball are not like other regular fish ball with rose in the hot pot restaurant. NOT Worth for money.

Definitely not what I expected. I thought it needed cooking, but it's more of a snack that's ready to eat. Doesn't have too much roe flavor and tastes very artificial.
