made veg fried rice.
recipe for 1 person:
- few bok choys
- veg lobster x2
- ginger - pounded
- small green chilies ×3 pounded
- mushroom powder 1/2 tsp
- rice for 1 serving
- salt as needed
- 2 tbsp oil
heat wok, add oil, toss pounded ginger and chilies. stir and toss in chopped veg lobster, fry till slightly brown, toss in bok choy, stir, add salt and mushroom powder, stir till everything well combined. serve.
