Mapo Tofu

Numbing spice is good! Different from the mapo tofu flavor that I’m used to and the sauce is a little greasy. But I think that’s just the style of the dish. Portion size is enough for one meal.

mixed it with rice. it’s plain, i prefer it being tastier.

I ordered this from fresh gourmet, so I was surprised at the more industrial packaging. That turned out to be a good thing when the package arrived crushed. It tasted better than it looked, with a nice level of heat and perfect amount of numbing/tingling from the Szechuan pepper.

Decent, but may not repurchase
