Matcha Puffs (3) from Fresh Bakery. This is a new bakery item. Because I love matcha and sweets I had to try them and I am glad I did. Each puff is a good generous size. The bread is soft, moist and fresh. There is a lot of matcha/green tea powder on top. The filling is not too sweet, just right. I only wish they would a little more filling inside. It is located in the middle of the puff. Considering the size of the puff, a little more filling would make it perfect.

Poor quality and taste, that's not matcha flavor , fake colored. Do not use the Macha word! Soggy puff.
